Foundation pit excavation: the foundation pit shall be excavated by machinery in cooperation with manual excavation. During manual cleaning, appropriate reinforcement measures shall be taken for the edge of the foundation pit according to the actual situation to ensure that the foundation pit wall is stable without collapse and will not affect the construction. Formwork installation: composite steel formwork shall be used for concrete pouring, and its overturning, displacement and deformation shall be prevented during formwork installation; Oil shall be used as the isolating agent of the formwork. When applying the isolating agent, it shall be evenly applied and not too thick to prevent the oil from spraying to the bottom of the reinforcement and pouring layer; The formwork is fixed mainly in the form of railing and support; After the formwork is installed, its plane position, top elevation, node connection, transverse and longitudinal stability, flatness, etc. shall be checked, and the concrete pouring can be carried out after the supervision engineer signs; In case of any deviation, deformation and slurry leakage of the formwork during pouring, it shall be corrected in time to keep the joints tight and free of slurry leakage, so as to ensure the appearance and smooth lines of the exposed surface of the structure. The formwork can be removed when the concrete strength reaches more than 75%.
