The total length of the route is about 61.374km. Design load: highway Class I. Pavement structure type: main line asphalt concrete, toll station cement concrete. The route corridor belt is relatively developed, with shallow marine carbonate rocks and coastal facies clastic rocks containing coal deposits. Along the project line, there are vertical and horizontal valleys, steep valley slopes, deep valleys and developed water systems; Karst caves, karst depressions, funnels and underground rivers are widely distributed, and there are many sections distributed in soft foundation, landslides, coal and mined out areas, and ore crushing. Subgrade protection is mainly ecological plant protection, supplemented by engineering protection. The design scheme of open ditch with cover plate is recommended for the central separation strip, and grass protection and tree planting are also recommended.
The main forms of cutting slope protection are cutting retaining wall, face protection wall and anchor bolt (cable) shotcrete frame beam hanging three-dimensional net planting grass. Treatment measures for deep excavation slope: anchor frame+face wall; Anchor cable frame+anchor bolt frame+face wall; Cutting retaining wall+anchor cable frame; Cutting retaining wall+arch skeleton; Anchor rod frame+facing wall. Subgrade and pavement drainage mainly includes side ditch, intercepting ditch and drainage ditch.
Profile: the maximum longitudinal slope is 5%, the minimum slope length is 200m, the minimum radius of convex vertical curve is 4500m, and the minimum diameter of concave vertical curve is 3000m. The minimum radius of horizontal curve limit is 250m, and the minimum radius is 400m.
Cross section: highway grade: two-way four lane expressway; Design speed 80km/h; Subgrade width: integral 24.5m, separate 12.25m; The median is 3m wide and the median is 2m wide. The cross slope of roadway and hard shoulder crown is generally 2%, and that of soil shoulder crown is 4%.
