Special construction scheme for high slope of a project
The contract section starts from YK38+800 to K46+020, with a total length of 7.23 km. The designed driving speed is 80km/h, the width of integral subgrade is 24.5m, and the width of separated subgrade is 12.25m. For soil excavation slopes with a height of more than 20m and stone excavation slopes with a height of more than 30m, these slopes are called high slopes. There are 11 high cutting slopes in this section. The right side slope of K41+252-K41+445 is rocky, covered with silty clay, about 1m thick; The crushed strongly weathered biotite granite beneath it is about 6m thick; Underlying is moderately weathered biotite granite. At the same time, the small mileage of the slope is connected to the exit of Taibaoshan Tunnel, and the construction time of the slope here is later than the time of entering the tunnel of Taibaoshan Tunnel. Blasting vibration needs to be controlled. Smooth blasting and presplitting blasting are used for the rock slope. The right side slope of K41+500-K41+660 is rocky, covered with a thin layer of silty clay, about 1.8m thick; The crushed strongly weathered granulite beneath it is about 11m thick; Underlying moderately weathered granulite. There are two power poles on the left side of the slope. Vibration and flying rocks shall be controlled during blasting. Smooth and presplitting blasting shall be adopted for the rock slope. The left side slope of K42+010-K42+410 is a dual structure slope, with the upper part of deluvial silty clay, about 4.7m thick; Its underlying sandy strongly weathered granulite is about 6m thick; Fragmentary strongly weathered granulite, 8.3m thick, underlain by moderately weathered granulite. There are sporadic households on the right side of the slope. During blasting, vibration should be reduced to prevent stones from falling. Smooth blasting and presplitting blasting should be used for slope blasting. The left side slope of K42+980-K43+315 is soil slope, and the upper side is deluvial silty clay with a thickness of about 1.7m; Below it is silty clay with gravel, about 2m thick; Completely weathered quartz schist, about 5.2m thick; Sandy strongly weathered quartz schist, about 10.3m thick; Underneath is fragmentary strongly weathered quartz schist. There are sporadic residents on the right side, so attention should be paid to construction safety. The right side slope of K43+420-K43+720 is a dual structure slope, covered with eluvial sandy clay, with a thickness of about 9.2 meters; Underneath it is completely weathered quartz schist, about 4.4m thick; Fragmentary strongly weathered quartz schist, about 18m thick; Underlying is moderately weathered quartz schist. There are no roads and households nearby. The right side slope of K43+770 ~ K43+870 is a binary structure slope, which is covered by deluvial silty clay, with a thickness of about 3m; Below it is completely weathered granulite, with a thickness of about 2.5 meters; Sandy strongly weathered granulite, about 3m thick; Fragmentary strongly weathered granulite, about 2.5m thick; Underlying moderately weathered granulite. There are no roads and households nearby. The right side slope of K44+200 ~ K44+430 is a soil slope, which is covered with a thin layer of deluvial silty clay, with a thickness of about 4.7 meters. Below it is completely weathered granulite, with a thickness of about 6.2 meters; Sandy strongly weathered granulite, about 12m thick, and fragmentary strongly weathered granulite, about 12m thick; Underlying moderately weathered granulite. There are villages on the left side, so attention should be paid to safety during slope excavation. The right side slope of K44+700 ~ K44+935 is soil slope, covered with silty clay, about 6m thick; Below it is completely weathered quartz schist, about 8m thick; Sandy strongly weathered quartz schist, about 18m thick; Underneath is fragmentary strongly weathered quartz schist. There are villages on the left side, so attention should be paid to safety during slope excavation. The right side slope of K45+675 ~ K45+890 is a binary structure slope, which is covered by deluvial silty clay, with a thickness of about 2.1 meters; The residual cohesive soil under it is about 1.8m thick; Completely weathered granulite, about 7.4 m thick; Sandy strongly weathered granulite, about 6.9 m thick; Fragmentary strongly weathered granulite, about 3.5m thick; Underlying moderately weathered granulite. The right side slope of K45+940 ~ K46+020 is a binary structure slope, which is covered by deluvial silty clay, with a thickness of about 4.5 meters; Below it is eluvial sandy clay with a thickness of about 1m; Fragmentary strongly weathered granulite, 8.7m thick; Underlying moderately weathered granulite. X801 is on the left side, and safety shall be paid attention to during slope construction. The right side slope of AK0+446-CK0+125 section is soil like slope, covered with silty clay, with a thickness of about 0.6m; Below it is completely weathered quartz schist, with a thickness of 3.3m; Sandy strongly weathered quartz schist, about 17 m thick; Underneath is fragmentary strongly weathered quartz schist.
