1.2.1 Proposed project location Xiyong Science and Technology Industry Incubation Base, Shapingba District, Chongqing 1.2.2 Project construction scale and target base park covers 660 mu, with a construction area of 500000 square meters, and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 10.6 billion yuan; It will be built into a comprehensive "city of enterprises" that can accommodate the life, work and study of enterprise employees and provide funds, talents, information and technology for enterprises. Specifically, it includes: financial center, information query processing center, media center, human resources training support center, international enterprise base and R&D center IT and biopharmaceutical pilot test base, international exhibition center, parking lot, enterprise administrative procurement business center, white-collar apartment and service center, expert apartment, gymnasium and sports center, comprehensive service and administrative office building, library and archives, bilingual kindergarten, contemporary art museum, four-star hotel and golf driving range. 1.2.3 Main construction conditions Land conditions: four connections and one leveling (road connection, water supply and drainage connection, electricity connection, communication connection and site leveling). Traffic conditions: It is adjacent to Chongqing Suining Expressway in the east and connected to the urban ring road through Zhongliang Mountain Cave, with convenient transportation. Basic supporting facilities: various municipal public supporting facilities in the proposed project site shall be completed within 2 years. Supporting facilities for living: 6-8 kilometers away from the city, there is no commercial and living service facilities nearby, and it is proposed to provide supporting facilities in the park. 1.2.4 Total investment and benefit of the project The total investment of the project is 1325.286 million yuan, including 1235.286 million yuan of construction investment and 90 million yuan of operating capital.
