This bridge is designed to span the xx River in xx County. The measured water surface elevation is 679.471m, the water surface width is 41.1m, and the longitudinal slope of the bridge deck is 0%. In order to facilitate the drainage of the bridge deck, the cross slope of the bridge deck is set at 3%, and a 60m stone arch span is designed. The main arch is the normal arch, and the elevation of the springing lines on both sides is the same. 1. The arch is designed as a catenary hingeless arch with constant section, with a net span of L0=60m, a net rise of f0=12m, and an arch axis coefficient of m=2.814. 2. The temperature stress is calculated according to the temperature change of ± 15 degrees. The arch sealing temperature is 15 ° C. 3. The influence of abutment displacement and settlement is not considered in arch ring calculation. 4. The web arch ring adopts arc arch with constant section. 5. The approach abutments on both banks are U-shaped abutments, and the bearing capacity of the base is required to be no less than 4.0 kg/cm2. 6. The main arch ring is built in two rings to close the door. At the water supply end layer, 12.5 # mortar is used to build coarse stones, and 10 # mortar is used for the rest. The radial joints of the arch ring shall be perpendicular to the arch axis, and the masonry joints of the adjacent two rows of arch stones shall be staggered at a distance of not less than 10 cm. The joint width of coarse aggregate shall generally be 1~2cm. The joint width of block stone masonry shall not exceed 3cm in general. 7. The arch block stone is built with 12.5 # mortar. 8. The arch ring masonry procedure shall be called the center line of the bridge opening, and shall be started or crossed from the arch foot, arch crown and quarter point at the same time. Symmetry and balance shall be maintained in both vertical and horizontal directions.
