The upper span of this bridge is composed of 3x50+(115+220+115)+5x50+25m, of which the 50m span is fabricated prestressed concrete continuous T-beam, the main bridge is prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame, and the 25m span is prestressed concrete cast-in-place box girder. The substructure is hollow thin-walled pier and pile column pier, the abutment is rib slab abutment and column abutment, and the whole bridge foundation is bored pile. 4. The seismic peak acceleration of the bridge site is 0.05g. 5. Pier beam consolidation is adopted for No. 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10 piers of this bridge.

1. Design standard (1) Bridge design grade: four lane expressway super large bridge (2) Design speed: 100Km/h. (3) Bridge deck width: the standard width of the four lane bridge deck is 26 m, with a 2.0 m wide median in the middle and 0.5 m anti-collision barriers on both sides. Anchor cables and maintenance width are added on both sides of the main cable-stayed bridge, and the total width of the bridge deck is 30m. (4) Longitudinal slope of bridge deck: ≤ 3% (5) Cross slope of bridge deck: 2% (6) Load standard a. Vehicle load class: automobile - over class 20, trailer - 120 b. Design wind speed: perennial dominant wind direction NE direction in bridge site area. The average maximum wind speed in 10 minutes with 100 year return period at 10m above the ground is 23.65m/s. The design reference wind speed is 33.58m/s after taking into account the terrain coefficient. c. Ship impact load: 27000KN along the flow direction and 13500KN across the flow direction. d. Seismic intensity: the basic seismic intensity of the site is 6 degrees. Since the bridge is a settlement sensitive Class B building, it should be considered as 7 degrees. The measured ground vibration parameters are used to calculate the seismic force. (7) Design flood frequency: 1/300, and the corresponding water level is shown in the table below. The drawings include 52 pieces of anti-collision railing CAD drawings, including the central anti-collision wall reinforcement layout, the border anti-collision wall reinforcement layout, and the railing structural drawing. The materials include stainless steel and carbon steel composite pipes, rectangular steel pipes and flat iron, and concrete pouring in situ. At the center line of each guardrail section of large and medium-sized bridges, a 2cm wide transverse half break joint shall be set and filled with asphalt oakum. The anti-collision railing concrete shall be poured in place, but when pouring the side plate cantilever slab concrete, N3, N4, N8 and N5 reinforcements as shown in the figure shall be laid first, and the spacing between railing columns shall be 3m. The precision of embedded steel plate of railing is axis+5mm. N2 is welded with embedded steel plate. The pipes are stainless steel and carbon steel composite pipes, all of which are welded by manual argon arc welding. The welded joints and welds must be fully welded, and there is no leakage or slag in the penetration welding. The surface should be polished and polished. The column is made of 235-C steel plate, δ=10mm thick, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized and then sprayed with plastic. The hot-dip galvanizing refers to GB2694-8.1, and the surface of the zinc sprayed part is blue. Manual arc welding shall be adopted for handrail column and embedded parts, and the welding shall be firm. The pavement layer can be covered only after two times of anti rust treatment.
