1、 Project overview:
This project is the construction drawing design of water supply, drainage and fire protection for the 90000m2 plot, with the highest building height of 99.65m. 1~3 buildings are high-rise residential buildings, 4 buildings are commercial buildings, and 5~13 buildings are villas. Indoor domestic water supply and drainage, hot water and fire fighting systems within the design scope. The drawings include design and construction instructions, list of main equipment and materials and legends, water supply and drainage plan, water supply and drainage system diagram, fire protection plan and system diagram, etc
2、 Water supply system:
1. The vertical partition of water supply for multi-storey residential buildings is supplied by the variable frequency water supply equipment located in the living water pump room in the basement.
2. The domestic hot water is supplied in a decentralized manner. The household electric water heater is used, and the thermal storage type or instantaneous type is used. Reserve water heater interface.
3、 Drainage system:
1. Separate system of rain, sewage and waste. The domestic sewage, waste water and rainwater above the ground are automatically discharged into the outdoor sewage and rainwater pipe network, and the sump pits such as the basement and pump room are discharged into the outdoor rainwater pipe network by the pressure of submersible sewage pump.
2. Gravity flow drainage system is adopted for rainwater.
4、 Fire fighting system
1. The substation adopts heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system
2. The indoor fire hydrant system is vertically divided into two areas, which are jointly supplied by water pump and groundwater pool.
