Building 1 # of the project is a frame structure with a building area of 1641 square meters and four floors. Building 2 # is a frame shear structure with a building area of 2743 square meters and six floors. The drawings include: design description, general layout, detailed content, for reference.

1、 Project overview:

This project is the construction drawing design of water supply, drainage and fire protection for the 90000m2 plot, with the highest building height of 99.65m. 1~3 buildings are high-rise residential buildings, 4 buildings are commercial buildings, and 5~13 buildings are villas. Indoor domestic water supply and drainage, hot water and fire fighting systems within the design scope. The drawings include design and construction instructions, list of main equipment and materials and legends, water supply and drainage plan, water supply and drainage system diagram, fire protection plan and system diagram, etc

2、 Water supply system:

1. The vertical partition of water supply for multi-storey residential buildings is supplied by the variable frequency water supply equipment located in the living water pump room in the basement.

2. The domestic hot water is supplied in a decentralized manner. The household electric water heater is used, and the thermal storage type or instantaneous type is used. Reserve water heater interface.

3、 Drainage system:

1. Separate system of rain, sewage and waste. The domestic sewage, waste water and rainwater above the ground are automatically discharged into the outdoor sewage and rainwater pipe network, and the sump pits such as the basement and pump room are discharged into the outdoor rainwater pipe network by the pressure of submersible sewage pump.

2. Gravity flow drainage system is adopted for rainwater.

4、 Fire fighting system

2. The indoor fire hydrant system is vertically divided into two areas, which are jointly supplied by water pump and groundwater pool.

This project is the design of water supply and drainage and fire fighting construction drawings for large plots, covering an area of about 52000 square meters. The design includes: domestic water supply and drainage system, hot water system, rainwater system, fire hydrant and sprinkler system. 1、 Water supply system: 1. The water supply system is divided into zones. Municipal water is supplied directly below the second floor of the building. Assembled stainless steel domestic water tank+frequency conversion constant pressure water supply mode is adopted for the third floor and above. 2、 Drainage system: 1. The sewage and waste water hydration flow drainage system is used indoors in this project. The sewage and waste water above the ground are discharged out by gravity, and the underground part is lifted to the outdoor drainage pipe network by submersible pump. 2. The toilet drainage system shall be ventilated by special ventilation riser or ceiling ventilation. 3. The rainwater on the roof of the building shall be discharged in an organized way, and the roof shall be equipped with a rainwater bucket. 3、 Fire fighting system 1. Low pressure fire water supply system is adopted for outdoor fire fighting, which is supplied by municipal pipe network. 2. The indoor fire hydrant adopts the temporary high-pressure system, and the basement is equipped with a fire pump room.

This project is a commercial square with two floors underground and three floors above the ground, which involves water supply and drainage, fire fighting and spraying. The domestic water consumption is 390m3/d, and the maximum hourly water consumption is 50m3. Indoor waste and sewage are jointly discharged to the outdoor sewage pipe network of the community, and then directly discharged to the municipal sewage pipe network. Content introduction 1. Sewage on the first floor is discharged separately. 2. The spray main pipe is installed at the bottom of the top beam. Note: All drainage pipes on the first floor are drained to the nearest inspection well outside. See the general layout of water supply and drainage in the plant for details. The general layout will be designed separately after the completion of other individual buildings.

The living, fire hydrant and automatic spraying water supply of the building are supplied by their own independent systems; It is connected by the community pump station. Domestic cold water pipes shall be connected by PP-R pipes with PN=1.25MPa by hot melting, and shall be constructed according to the relevant technical regulations of the pipe manufacturer. The design flow of domestic water supply in this building per second is: qg=4.00l/s; H=0.30MPa。 This set of drawings mainly includes: design description, water supply and drainage and fire protection plan of each floor, automatic spraying plan of each floor in Zone 1, automatic spraying plan of each floor in Zone 3, automatic spraying plan of the first to third floors in Zone 4, automatic spraying plan of the first floor in Zone 2, automatic spraying plan of the interlayer in Zone 2, and fire protection plan of the interlayer in Zone 2. There are 18 drawings in total. This set of drawings lacks detailed drawings and system drawings.

The content of the drawing is the fire water supply and drainage drawing of a supermarket, which is equipped with automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant system and automatic fire alarm system. The design flow of indoor fire hydrant is 10L/S; The fire hydrant adopts SN65 single port fire hydrant and SG24A65 fire hydrant box, which is equipped with Ф 65 rubber lined hose and one 19 water gun. The dynamic sprinkler system is designed according to the medium danger level II, with the design flow of 25L/S, the alarm valve of ZSFZX150, the water flow indicator of ZSJZ-150, the sprinkler head of glass sprinkler, ceiling type, DN15, and the nominal operating temperature of 68 ℃. The sprinkler pipes installed in the ceiling of the main sprinkler pipe are hot-dip galvanized steel pipes with internal and external walls, and DN<100 are connected with screw threads, When DN ≥ 100, the trench type steel buckle clamp shall be used to connect the hanger to the sprinkler, and the distance between the hanger and the sprinkler shall not be less than 300 mm. The distance from the end sprinkler shall not be 750 mm. The maximum distance between the bracket and the hanger is: DN32-4.0, DN40-4.5, DN50-5.0, DN70-5.5, DN80-6.0, DN100-7.0, DN150-8.0
