Compared with the cast-in-place floor construction process, it reduces the three processes of on-site foundation treatment, support erection, support and formwork removal, effectively shortens the construction period, and speeds up the construction progress. 2.2 The steel bar truss floor support plate is processed into semi-finished products by factory production, with good welding quality, high accuracy of steel bar spacing, truss height, etc. The direct installation process after the floor support plate is transported to the site is simple, reducing the number of personnel put into production and the occupation of the site by turnover materials. 2.3 The installation of steel bar truss floor support plate in coordination with the flow construction of concrete "skip warehouse method" can reduce the garbage cleaning in the post cast strip, the chiseling of the original concrete surface on both sides, the support of the post cast strip and other processes, and shorten the construction period. 2.4 The steel bar truss floor support plate is paved quickly, which can provide the upper and lower working faces at the same time, reduce the adverse effects of the upper and lower cross construction, and effectively solve the safety risks caused by the cross construction between vertical working faces. During installation, the support vertical bars at both ends of each truss formwork must be welded and fixed on the steel beam flange to better prevent collapse and falling from high altitude. 2.5 By reasonably setting the warehouse blocks and scientifically organizing the laying direction of the floor bearing plate and the concrete pouring sequence, it is convenient to organize the construction and release the early temperature shrinkage stress, so as to effectively control cracks and prevent leakage.
