This project is a water conservancy project with comprehensive development benefits of flood control, irrigation, power generation and aquaculture. The total storage capacity of the project is 1.6 × 108m3, the normal high water level is 130.0m, the dead water level is 112.0m, the design flood level is 130.74m, the check flood level is 132.4m, and the effective storage capacity of the reservoir is 1.0 × 108m3, which is an annual regulating reservoir. The dam type of the barrage of the project is a concrete gravity dam. The power station is arranged behind the non overflow dam section on the right side of the river bed, which is a post dam layout. The total length of the dam crest is 315m, and the elevation of the dam crest is 135m, of which the length of the left non overflow dam section is 100m, the length of the overflow dam section is 48m, and the length of the right non overflow dam section is 167m. The overflow dam section is arranged in the middle of the river bed on the left bank, with three hole 6m × 12m radial service gates, The weir crest elevation is 124m, the maximum width of the dam bottom is 54m, and the energy dissipation mode is flip flow energy dissipation. At the powerhouse behind the dam, the maximum bottom of the non overflow dam section is 46.6m, the maximum width of the powerhouse is 13.7m, and the connection section between the powerhouse and the dam is 4m. The installed capacity of the power station is 2 × 3200KW. The diversion penstock is located in the non overflow dam section. The elevation of the intake bottom plate is 95.0m, and the pipe diameter is 1.75m. The layout of single machine water supply is adopted. The installation elevation of the turbine is 85.0m, the design working head is 36.0m, the maximum working head is 45.0m, and the minimum working head is 27.0m.
