Technical disclosure of reinforcement construction of expressway bridge and culvert
The reinforcement in reinforced concrete and non prestressed reinforcement in prestressed concrete must comply with the provisions of the current Hot Rolled Plain Steel Bars for Reinforced Concrete (GB13013), Hot Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars for Reinforced Concrete (GB1499), Cold Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars (GB13788), and Hot Rolled Mild Steel Bars (GB/T701). 2 Rebar must be checked and accepted in batches according to different steel types, grades, grades, specifications and manufacturers, and stored separately without mixing, and identification marks shall be set up. During the transportation of reinforcement, corrosion and pollution shall be avoided. The reinforcement should be stacked in the warehouse (shed). When it is stacked in the open air, it should be padded and covered. The oil stain, paint stain, floating skin and rust that can be peeled off by hammering on the surface of reinforcement shall be removed. Reinforcement with granular or shaped old rust shall not be used. Rust removal of steel bars can usually be carried out during cold drawing or straightening. A small amount of rust can be removed by electric rust remover or sand blasting. Local rust removal can be carried out by manual use of wire brush or grinding wheel, or the steel bars can be removed by rubbing back and forth through the sand box. If there are serious pits and spots on the surface of the reinforcement after rust removal, and the section has been damaged, it should be degraded or removed. 3 The reinforcement shall be provided with factory quality certificate and test report. 4 When replacing the reinforcement specified in the design with reinforcement of another strength, grade or diameter, the design intent and performance of substitute materials shall be understood, and the relevant provisions of the current Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete (JTG D62) shall be met. When the main reinforcement in the important structure is replaced, the original design unit shall change the design. 5 The lifting rings of prefabricated members shall be made of R235 hot-rolled steel bars without cold drawing.
