The masonry joint surface shall be perpendicular to the direction of the soffit line, and the joints between stone layers shall be staggered. 2. The closing temperature of the arch ring must be controlled at 5 ℃~10 ℃, and the arch ring must be closed at the same time near the arch crown and 1/4 span. When the arch ring reaches 100% of the design strength, and the strength of the empty joint reaches 80%, the arch frame can be removed. The removal of the arch frame shall be carried out symmetrically from the arch crown to the arch foot. Before unloading the arch frame, all works of the abutment and the filling at the abutment back must be basically completed, and the unloading of the support must be completed before the masonry of the web arch ring. 3. The transverse wall on the arch cannot bear the one-way thrust. When building the web arch ring, arch frames are set for each web arch, and the masonry of the web arch ring is completed at the same time. 4. The filler also plays the role of arch protection. 10 # mortar rubble is used. It is required to build in layers and be closely caulked. When building to the height of the arch crown, it is roughly leveled and paved with a waterproof concrete screed layer. 5. In any stage of construction, the center line of the bridge opening must be symmetrical, and the temporary load in the construction section must be minimized. 6. In order to reduce the elastic and inelastic settlement of the arch, a certain gravity should be added to the arch (arch stone can be used). 7. The concrete precast block arch ring at the lower part of the transverse wall can be designed according to the shape of the arch stone during the actual construction, but it must meet the requirements of the embedding of the concrete reinforcement of the transverse wall.
