The instrument types of the above subsystems are as follows: ① Pressure and differential pressure transmitters: connected with PLC using HART and two-wire system, ② Temperature measurement: mainly using thermal resistance (T ≤ 500 ℃) and thermocouple (T ≥ 500 ℃), This part of the signal is directly sent to the PLC. In special cases, the temperature transmitter is used to connect with the PLC with a 4~20mA signal. ③ Flow measurement: according to the different measuring media, orifice plate, vortex flowmeter and Venturi nozzle are used for steam measurement, and electromagnetic flowmeter or ultrasonic flowmeter are used for liquid measurement, ④ Actuator: pneumatic control valve is mainly selected and equipped with Siemens intelligent electro pneumatic valve positioner. Two wire system (4~20mA) with HART communication is used for transmission with PLC. ⑤ Electronic scale: hopper scale is converted into 4~20mA signal by field transmitter and sent to PLC. Platform scale is converted into 4~20mA signal by field transmitter and sent to PLC, Then it is sent to the large screen on site through RS485 data communication mode, ⑥ Flue gas analysis: this part mainly uses infrared analyzer to analyze the content of CO and CO2 in the flue gas, uses magnetic oxygen analyzer to analyze the content of O2 in the flue gas, and uses Venturi tube and differential pressure transmitter to measure the flue gas flow, so as to determine whether the gas generated in converter smelting is recovered or directly burned. The instrument device mainly adopts advanced intelligent flower instrument and field bus technology. This feature is mainly reflected in: ① Based on micro processing technology, intelligent instrument has better precision, range ratio, reliability, etc. than ordinary instrument; Perfect self diagnosis ability. ② The selection of intelligent instruments reduces I/O modules and saves a lot of cables, installation and commissioning work. ③ In view of the characteristics of intelligent field instruments, the control system can select appropriate software to manage the instruments, including setting the parameters of the instruments, anti truth testing and debugging, and tracking and recording the operating conditions of the instruments, so as to better and accurately deal with the problems existing in the instruments in a timely manner.
