Reinforced concrete driven pile of a company construction technology standard
Content introduction 1 Scope of application This process standard is applicable to the driven pile engineering with reinforced concrete precast piles for industrial and civil building foundations. 2 Construction preparation 2.1 Raw materials Requirements for semi-finished products 2.1.1 Reinforced concrete precast piles: the specification and quality must meet the design requirements and construction specifications, with factory certification, the strength shall reach 100%, and the appearance shall be free of fracture, corner drop, exposed reinforcement, etc. 2.1.2 Welding rod: the brand and performance of welding rod and flux must meet the design requirements and relevant standards, and E43 ×× should be used generally. 2.1.3 Steel plate (for pile connection): the material and specification shall meet the design requirements, and Q235 steel should be generally used. 2.2 Main tools and machines 2.2.1 Tools and equipment: pile hammer (diesel hammer, hydraulic hammer, pneumatic hammer, drop hammer), pile frame and power device, crawler crane (or tire crane), electric welding machine, winch. 2.2.2 Main tools: hydraulic jack, oxygen cutting tool, rigging, wire rope, crowbar, etc. 2.3 Operation conditions 2.3.1 The construction site and transportation road shall be rolled and leveled, and the site shall be provided with conditions such as three supplies and one leveling, and smooth drainage. 2.3.2 Geotechnical investigation data, pile foundation construction plan and pile foundation construction scheme shall be available before construction. 2.3.3 Remove the high altitude, ground and underground obstacles that hinder the construction of pile foundation on site. 2.3.4 Appropriate vibration isolation, monitoring and pre reinforcement measures shall be taken for adjacent existing buildings and underground pipelines. 2.3.5 Layout survey control network, benchmark, setting out and positioning according to the plan. The number of control points and benchmarks shall not be less than 2, and shall be set outside the range affected by piling. 2.3.6 Set out the pile position line according to the axis, nail the pile position with pegs or steel bar heads, and use lime as a sign to facilitate driving. 2.3.7 Check the piling machinery and lifting tools, erect and assemble the equipment, set a ruler on the pile frame or make a ruler on the side of the pile to observe the depth of the pile body into the soil. 2.3.8 Before construction, test piles shall be driven first, and the number of test piles shall not be less than 3, to determine the penetration and pile length, and to verify whether the piling equipment, construction technology and technical measures are appropriate. 2.3.9 Select and determine the piling access route and piling sequence, formulate the construction scheme, and make technical disclosure. And arrange records and supervision personnel. 2.4 Operators 2.4.1 The construction operators must receive job training before taking up their posts, and can only take up their posts with certificates after passing the examination. 2.4.2 Before construction, construction operators must fully understand geological data, construction drawings and design specifications, and be familiar with pile construction specifications, quality standards, construction procedures, etc. 2.4.3 The construction workers shall undergo physical examination before taking up their posts and hold the health examination certificate. Patients with hypertension, heart disease and epilepsy are not allowed to participate in the operation. 3 Construction process
