1. High and low voltage power supply and distribution system 1.1 The high voltage power supply of this project is introduced from six circles of 110kv substation, connected to the high voltage boundary chamber on the first floor of the basement with two 10kv cables, and led from the boundary chamber to the central power transformation and distribution room on the second floor of the basement 1.2 According to the plane layout, functions, power load conditions and reliable range of power supply radius of the building, and at the same time meet the requirements of the construction unit for management and use, The central power transformation and distribution room (including 10kv high-voltage power distribution device and commercial power transformation and distribution room), office building power transformation and distribution room and refrigeration station power transformation and distribution room are respectively set on the second basement. 1.3 10kV high-voltage cables are used between the 10kV high-voltage mid mounted handcart cabinet in the central power transformation and distribution room and each sub distribution room, which are laid along the cable bridge on the third floor underground. 1.4 High voltage distribution system: 10kv high voltage system is connected in single bus section. During normal operation, two power supplies supply power at the same time. In case of any power supply failure or power failure, the interconnection circuit breaker is closed manually, and each power supply can bear all loads. The incoming cabinet, contact cabinet and contact isolation cabinet are electrically and mechanically interlocked. High voltage circuit breaker adopts vacuum circuit breaker and DC operating system. 1.5 Relay protection 1.5.1 10kV incoming line: three-phase overcurrent, two-phase quick break, zero sequence. 1.5.2 10kV buscouple: three-phase overcurrent. 1.5.3 10kV feeder: transformer high temperature, overtemperature, three-phase overcurrent, two-phase quick break, zero sequence. 1.6 Metering method: set a total metering device on each 10kv incoming cabinet, and adopt high-voltage centralized metering. The commercial part shall be measured separately in the electric well. 1.7 The 10kV high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a DC operating system, which adopts a complete set of maintenance free lead-acid battery DC screen. The transformer and distribution cabinet intelligent monitoring system is set in the central power transformation and distribution room. 1.8 Reactive compensation: reactive compensation is carried out at the low-voltage side of the transformer, and the power factor after compensation is 0.95. 1.9 Low voltage distribution system: the wiring mode of the low voltage system adopts single bus section, and the interconnection circuit breaker is set in the middle. In addition to electrical interlocking, mechanical interlocking shall be installed between low-voltage main incoming switch and bus coupler switch. Under normal circumstances, two sections of buses operate separately.
