Special construction scheme for open caisson, pipe jacking, high-pressure jet grouting pile and compaction grouting
(1) The east extension project of Mudanjiang Road in Juegang Town, Rudong County is to lay a DN1400 sewage pipe under the non motorway on the south side of the road, which is connected to Hengfa Sewage Treatment Plant from east to west for treatment. The sewage pipe in the section from Jueju River to Hengfa Sewage Treatment Plant is constructed by pipe jacking, with a total construction length of 625 meters. The DN1400 "F" steel socket type reinforced concrete Class III pipe is used, and the interface is "F-A" The design embedment elevation of the pipe is -2.836-4.4m. The spacing between the well edges of MW1-1, MW1, MW2, MW3, MW4, MW5, MW6, MW7, MW8 and MW10 is 39.2m, 75m, 70.38m, 100m, 80m, 100m, 16.97m, 35m and 105.58m respectively. MW1 and MW7 are designed as circular reinforced concrete working shafts with an internal diameter of 7m and a wall thickness of 0.6m; MW3, MW5 and MW10 are designed as rectangular reinforced concrete working shafts with internal dimensions of 8x4m and wall thickness of 0.65m; MW1-1, MW2, MW4, and MW8 are designed as 4.5x3.5 rectangular reinforced concrete receiving shafts with a wall thickness of 0.6m; MW6 is designed as a circular reinforced concrete receiving shaft with an internal diameter of 6.5m and a wall thickness of 0.5m. There is a row of power supply lines and poles at the MW1-MW5 well site, which is 7 meters away from the non motorized sideline. All power supply lines and poles on the surface are removed before the open caisson construction, and there are no buildings or structures. There is a DN90 water supply pipeline 400mm below the natural ground at the east-west direction of the open caisson. There is a DN600 sewage pipe about 6m below the natural ground at MW2-MW3. (2) Quality objective: the qualification rate of sub item quality shall reach 100%, and meet the national acceptance specifications and design requirements. The quality standard of this project is: qualified. (3) The project MW1-1-MW10 adopts two sections of prefabrication and one-time sinking construction. (4) Safety requirements: put an end to personal injury accidents, and control the frequency of industrial injuries below 0.01%. (5) Environmental protection: (reduce air pollution, water pollution and construction noise pollution caused by construction) qualified.
