Technical disclosure record of foundation drilling exploration construction
1. Set out in the layout plan of drill hole location, and nail small stakes or sprinkle lime spots on the hole location. 2. Align the tip of the feeler rod with the hole position, then put the penetration hammer on the drill rod, straighten the drill rod, pull up the penetration hammer, make it fall freely, the hammer distance is 50cm, and drive the feeler rod vertically into the soil layer. 3. The number of blows shall be recorded. The drilling line shall be driven into the soil layer for 30cm, and the number of blows shall be recorded. It shall be executed according to the foundation drilling exploration record (Table C5-7). 4. Pull out the drill rod: bind the drill rod with lead wire, leave the looper, insert the iron pipe into the sleeve, pull out the drill rod using the lever principle, and cover the hole with a brick after pulling out. 5. Displacement: move the feeler rod to the next hole position to continue drilling. 6. Sand filling: the drilled drill hole shall be filled with sand after the quality inspector and foreman check the hole depth and record. When filling sand, steel bars can be used to tamp once every 30cm. 7. Sort out records: number the holes according to the sequence of holes, fill the blow counts in the unified form, write clearly, and file after being signed by the technical director, quality inspector, and drilling personnel. 8. If the project is to be constructed in winter, each hole shall be covered with insulation materials in time, and it shall not be opened in a large area to prevent the foundation soil from freezing.
