Content introduction 1. Construction method This construction method is suitable for the rock slope surface that has been severely weathered and the rock mass has been cut and broken. 1.1 Prior to construction, drainage and drainage of slopes, such as gutters and intercepting ditches, shall be done to drain surface water or groundwater out of the construction area. 1.2 Therefore, the slope is generally high and steep. Generally, the safety rope is tied manually from the top of the slope, and the slope is excavated and brushed layer by layer from top to bottom. After the earthwork and dangerous rocks are removed to the design slope line, the slope is repaired. For places with large cracks, they should be firmly embedded to make the slope smooth and tidy, especially the roots of trees and grass. 1.3 According to the height of the slope, set up steel pipe scaffolding, select one row, three rows or four rows, pad the foundation with sleepers, first set up the main frame, reinforce layer by layer, and finally set up sub supports to make it in good contact with the slope surface, and lay a platform with wood plates, and fasten it with iron wires. Generally, the steel pipe rack has a vertical steel pipe spacing of 0.8~1m, and a horizontal steel pipe spacing of 1.2~1.5m. 1.4 Anchor rod construction shall be carried out on the platform erected with scaffold according to the design spacing and hole depth. Generally, the depth of anchor rod is 0.7~1.2m, and the spacing is 2 × 2m~2.5 × 2.5m, perpendicular to the slope. 1.5 Fabricate the frame, use φ 6 rebar as the frame strip, and φ 2mm galvanized iron wire as the grid. Prefabricate the frame strip into square iron wire mesh according to the design size, fix it on the anchor rod and weld it firmly to prevent it from shaking. 1.6 Install the drain hole, use φ 50PVC pipe with a length of 10~15cm, block the pipe orifice with cement paper to prevent the blockage of shotcrete, bind it to the anchor rod, and arrange it in a plum blossom shape of 4~5m. 1.7 Mix the concrete, spray concrete on the frame section to form a closed slope, and set a vertical expansion joint 10~12.5 meters in the extension direction of the frame strip.
