(1) The excavation of this project shall provide some qualified material sources for dam filling, and the process requirements are high. Before construction, detailed blasting excavation design shall be carried out in combination with the excavation requirements of each part and the topographic and geological conditions, and productive tests shall be carried out on the site to optimize reasonable blasting parameters; During construction, according to the blasting effect, continuous correction and improvement shall be made to achieve better results. (2) Reasonably arrange the excavation construction procedures, dynamically adjust according to the rock geological conditions around the dam filling needs, and ensure that the excavation quality meets the requirements of dam filling. (3) The whole process quality inspection shall be carried out for the drilling, charging and other processes of all construction parts, the quality inspection records shall be made in detail, the project quality report shall be prepared and submitted to the supervising engineer for review regularly. (4) Sufficient and advanced drilling and blasting equipment shall be provided, systematic business training of construction personnel shall be strengthened, drilling and blasting technology shall be mastered, and construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with determined blasting parameters to ensure blasting effect. (5) Allocate sufficient and qualified surveying personnel, instruments and equipment, and establish a construction control network according to the national surveying and mapping standards and the accuracy requirements of the project; During construction, the excavation contour line shall be set out in time and the slope surface shall be rechecked and inspected. (6) Pre splitting blasting shall be carried out for all slopes and berm platforms, and horizontal smooth blasting shall be adopted for all foundation surfaces; During construction, strictly control the parameters such as hole opening position, hole spacing, hole inclination, linear charge density, etc. to ensure the construction quality. (7) Timely follow up and support the excavated slope to ensure the stability of the slope; At the same time, strengthen the slope deformation observation and blasting vibration monitoring during the construction period, and adjust the excavation support scheme according to the observation results to ensure the safety and quality of slope excavation construction. (8) Earth rock excavation shall be carried out in layers and sections from top to bottom. The left and right dam abutments shall be excavated first, and then the foundation pit shall be excavated. The overburden layer is directly excavated and loaded by excavator, and the strongly weathered rock layer is excavated by deep hole loose blasting, slope presplitting blasting and reserved protective layer on the bottom plate. (9) Strengthen the elevation and slope measurement during earth rock excavation, control the excavation quality, ensure that there is no under excavation or over excavation, and ensure the quality of foundation soil. If the over excavation part is found, it shall be backfilled with the concrete of the same grade or the filler designed at the place. (10) After the foundation pit is excavated, it must be verified by the engineer before sealing the bottom. The allowable deviation of earth rock excavation should comply with the relevant provisions of the hydraulic engineering acceptance code.
