Project name: Construction Project of K2 Plot Project in Xinhu Village of Celebrity Family Construction site: Xinhu Village, the north side of Houhu Xingye Road, Jiang'an District, Wuhan City Construction scale: Lot K2 of Xinhu Village, a famous family, is located in the land area of Xinhu Village, the north side of the new Houhu Xingye Road, Jiang'an District, Wuhan City. It is composed of four high-rise residential buildings, one multi-storey community service room and its affiliated shops, and one one floor basement. The total planned land area is 16532.1 square meters, and the total construction area is 67953 square meters. The construction unit of the project: Wuhan Mingliu Mansion Real Estate Co., Ltd; Construction unit: Zhonghong Construction Group Co., Ltd; Designer: Pan China Construction Group Co., Ltd; Supervisor: Beijing Zongheng Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd; Property right unit of tower crane: Wuhan Zirui Machinery Co., Ltd; Project Manager: Shen Zili; Technical director: Ding Boming; Professional supervision engineer: Yuan Guangwen; Chief Supervision Engineer: Yuan Chuannan. 1.2 Site stratigraphic structure and characteristics According to the results of field drilling, in-situ test and indoor soil test in this survey, in addition to the miscellaneous fill (Qml) with different thickness distributed on the surface of the site within the scope of exploration depth, the clay and sand layer (Q4al) of Quaternary alluvial origin is beneath it, and the underlying bedrock is the limestone of Qixia Formation of Lower Permian (P1q). Concrete blocks are found on the surface of local sections, and pond mud is occasionally found at the bottom. (2) Some sections of muddy clay Q4al are 0.7~4.0 0.5~3.8 grayish brown soft flow plastic, containing iron oxide and organic matter, with rough section and good toughness. (3) The whole clay site is 2.1~6.5 2.3~11.2 brown yellow plastic with iron oxide, rough section and good toughness. (4) The whole site of silty fine sand is 7.1~14.0 18.1~32.6 isabelline, grayish brown slightly dense~medium dense, containing quartz, feldspathic mica, etc., occasionally mixed with thin layer of clay, and the silt content in local sections is high. (5a) Some sections of karst caves are filled with 31.5~40.8 0.3~2.2 clayey soil and gravelly sand. (5) The maximum thickness of the 30.0~40.8 exposed layer of limestone P1q in the whole site is 6.5m dark gray, light gray aphanitic structure, medium thick layered structure, argillaceous cementation, joint fissures are relatively developed, most of the rock cores are relatively complete, partially broken, in the form of broken blocks or short columns, with a node length of 10~30cm, karst trenches and grooves are relatively developed, with a coring rate of 75% and RQD=70%.
