expressway Construction Scheme for Subgrade and Pavement Drainage Works
The subgrade pavement drainage system of the whole line consists of side ditches, drainage ditches, retaining wall drainage ditches, intercepting ditches, chutes, bridges and culverts, etc. (1) The filling drainage ditch adopts trapezoidal drainage ditch with depth of 0.6m, bottom width of 1.2m and wall thickness of 0.3m in the filling section where the subgrade is eroded by general surface water. The structure is M7.5 mortar rubble, and the foundation bottom is plastered with M10 mortar with a thickness of 2-3 cm. The longitudinal slope at the trench bottom is generally not less than 0.3%. (2) The excavation side ditch is generally a rectangular side ditch with a depth of 0.9m, a bottom width of 1.2m, a wall thickness of 0.3m, a cover plate of 8 cm thick C30 reinforced concrete, a 30 cm cap stone of C25 concrete for the top of the side ditch, M7.5 mortar rubble for other structures, and M10 mortar plastering for the bottom of the foundation with a thickness of 2-3 cm. (3) The drainage ditch of the slope platform is a rectangular drainage ditch of the platform with a depth of 0.7m, a bottom width of 0.7m, and a wall thickness of 0.3m. C20 cast-in-situ concrete is used for the drainage ditch of the slope platform in the excavation section where the slope inclines to the subgrade. The drainage ditch should be set up step by step and introduced into the intercepting ditch. (4) Intercepting ditch When the upper slope of the slope has a large catchment area, a hillside intercepting ditch with a depth of 0.7m, a bottom width of 1.0m, and a wall thickness of 0.3m shall be set 5m outside the slope opening. C20 cast-in-place concrete shall be used and it shall be covered by greening. The catchment in the intercepting ditch shall be led into the drainage ditch through the chute at both ends. If the excavation groove has undulating terrain, the chute shall be set at the lower part as the drain hole to drain the water to the excavation side ditch. (5) The chute chute is divided into four categories: A, B, C and D. The chute chute is generally no less than 10 meters long. If it is very long, it should be built in sections. Each section can be 5 to 10 meters long. The joints should be filled with waterproof materials. The bottom of the chute shall be built into a rough surface to reduce the flow rate. One anti-skid platform shall be set at a horizontal spacing of 1.5m. The junction between the rectangular side ditch and the chute shall be smooth to facilitate drainage.
