Settlement Observation Scheme for Large Projects 2016
The sixth section of the 13th Bid Section of Shanghe Hangzhou contracted to construct the main line of section DK434+953.27 ～ DK445+002.215 and the provincial highway S208 relocation project. The total length of the main line is 10.048km, and the total length of the relocation line is 2.365km. The main line of the section is double track, including Shanyang Village Bridge, subgrade and Zhegao River Bridge. The bridge works include pile foundation, cushion cap, pier, continuous beam, cast-in-place simply supported box beam and other related contents. Shanyangcun Super Major Bridge has a design center mileage of DK435+466.91, a bridge length of 1027.48m, 194 bored piles, 29 cushion caps, 2 enlarged foundations, and 31 pier and abutment shafts. Zhegao River Super Major Bridge has a design center mileage of DK440+953.118, a bridge length of 8098.195m, 2093 bored piles, 241 cushion caps, 3 expanded foundations, 244 pier and abutment shafts, a continuous beam spanning Zhegao River (60+100+60) m, a continuous beam spanning Xiage River (40+72+72+40) m, and a cast-in-place simply supported beam. The starting and ending mileage of the subgrade is DK435+979.7 ～ DK436+904.02, with a total length of 924.32m. For the subgrade section of section DK435+979.7 ～ DK436+904.02, 16 settlement observation sections, 12 basement settlement monitoring sections and 6 B-type monitoring sections need to be arranged. There are 1116 observation points for Shanyangcun Bridge and Zhegao River Bridge, 60 observation points for continuous beams and 6 cast-in-place simply supported beams. 16 culvert settlement observation points
