Located at the intersection of Fudong Street and Beisi Street, the Science and Technology Building is a comprehensive intelligent building integrating shopping, entertainment and office work. The building has complete supporting facilities, including large central air-conditioning, seven vertical elevators (including four high-speed elevators), eight escalators, large mechanical parking equipment and 5A intelligent system. It covers an area of seven mu, with a building area of 45000 square meters and a total height of 99.7 meters. There are 2 floors underground, 26 floors of the tower above the ground and 10 floors of the podium. The two parts are connected.
