The underground garage adopts lower column pier+slab raft foundation, 1 # building adopts prestressed high-strength concrete pipe piles, 2 # 3 # 4 # building adopts slab raft foundation (CFG pile composite foundation), and commercial building adopts raft+lower column pier foundation+anti floating anchor rod. The pure basement outside the main building is a frame structure; The 1-5 floors of 1 # 2 # building are frame shear wall structures, the wall columns from the 6th floor to the 25th floor are fabricated shear wall structures, the 26 floors to the roof are frame shear wall structures, the 1-5 floors of 3 # 4 # building are frame shear wall structures, the wall columns from the 6th floor to the 28th floor are fabricated shear wall structures, and the 28 floors to the roof are frame shear wall structures.
