Salt water freezing scheme for shield tunneling out of the right line of Binjiang Station of Hangzhou Metro Line 1
The section from Binjiang Station to Fuchun Road Station is the underground section of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 crossing the Qiantang River. The mileage range is K5+880.3~K8+835.859. The left line of the section is 2.946km long, and the right line of the section is 2.956km long. The tunnel in this section starts from Binjiang Station (the intersection of Jiangnan Avenue and Jiangling Road), moves northwestward along Jiangling Road, passes Danfeng Road, Binsheng Road, and Guihua Branch Road, and then enters the tunnel of Jiangnan air shaft. Then the shield machine exits the tunnel of Jiangnan air shaft and continues to move northwestward, passes Wentao Road, crosses the south bank embankment and Qiantang River, crosses the north bank embankment and Zhijiang Road, and then enters the tunnel of Jiangbei air shaft, After exiting the tunnel in Jiangbei air shaft, the shield machine continued to move northwestward along Wujiang Road to Fuchun Road Station to enter the tunnel, and the whole tunnel was completed. The Jiangnan air shaft is located at the intersection of Jiangling Road and Wentao Road, and the Jiangbei air shaft is located at the intersection of Zhijiang Road and Wujiang Road. Two shield machines are used for the interval tunnel to start from Binjiang Station successively, and reach Fuchun Road Station after crossing the Jiangnan and Jiangbei air shafts. Deep mixing pile and sandwich jet grouting construction have been carried out in advance in the starting area of the shield machine in Binjiang Station. Due to some unforeseen problems, water and sand appeared in the sample holes of the right line tunnel. In view of the construction period and other working conditions on the site, in order to ensure the safety of shield tunneling, it is proposed to take the brine freezing method to seal water, plug leaks and strengthen the soil mass. In addition, the reinforcement is cut from the broken tunnel portal and the shield is pushed out of the tunnel. The proposed freezing and reinforcement depth is 19.25m.
