1、 Building overview: this project is a decoration project of a president's office in Beijing: building area: 10446m2; 9072m2 for 7 floors above ground and 1374m2 for 1 floor underground; First floor height: 5.2m; Floor height from the second floor to the sixth floor: 3m; Seventh floor height: 3.5m; The underground floor is 3.9m high; Building height: 23.7m. 2、 Design basis: 1. Design data provided by each discipline; 2. Party A's design specification and design requirements; 3. Other relevant national and local current regulations and specifications. 3、 Design scope: 1. The project design includes lighting system, power system, automatic fire alarm and linkage control system, cable television system, telephone system, network information system, security monitoring system and access control system within the decoration scope. The drawings of cable TV system, telephone system, network information system, security monitoring system and access control system in this design are provided by professional weak current companies. 4、 Power supply design: 1. Load level: this project is a Class II multi-storey public building. The power consumption of fire protection system is Level II load, and other power consumption is Level III load. 2. The original low voltage distribution cabinets AA1 and AA2 of the project are located in the strong current room on the first floor. See the electrical construction drawing of the original building for the distribution system diagram. The original low voltage distribution cabinet will be retained and transformed in this decoration. The power load of kitchen, weak current and air conditioning system is not within the load range of the original low-voltage distribution cabinet, and the new power supply shall be solved by Party A itself, and introduced by means of 380V cable buried underground. 3. The secondary load of the fire protection system is powered by dual power supply, and the tertiary load is powered by single power supply. 4. Low voltage distribution system adopts radial power supply.
