The side ditch cable trough on both sides of high-speed railway tunnel is generally three troughs (drainage, power, communication), and the construction method of integral secondary pouring of combined formwork is adopted. The combined formwork shall be designed according to the structural design drawing of the tunnel side ditch cable trough, and the formwork shall be accurately and precisely processed by the component processing workshop. During construction, first accurately position the edge mold and drainage ditch template according to the survey and setting out structure, fix them on the tunnel bottom plate and arc small side wall with steel bar piles, connect the template with the beam with bolts after position calibration, tighten the bolts after accurate position calibration, then install and fix the embedded pipe fittings, and finally pour the concrete into the mold cavity with the leakage groove with a long strip leakage, The concrete shall be poured to the bottom of the cable trough for the first time, and then the communication signal cable trough template and power cable trough template shall be installed after final setting. After accurate positioning, bolts shall be used to connect with the beam. After reinforcement, concrete shall be poured directly to the design top surface position.
