Construction organization design of prefabricated large formwork multi-storey residential building project
This project is a newly built four unit six floor prefabricated wall panel residential building in an existing residential area, with a building area of 3845m2 and a floor area of 640.8m2. The whole building is 64.02m long from east to west and 10.02m wide from south to north. The front and rear depths are 4.80m, and the bays are 3.30m and 2.70m respectively. The floor height is 2.90m, and the indoor clear height is 2.79m. The unit combination used in this project is A-B-B-A, and the whole building can be used by 72 households. There are three types of households: 12 households with one room, 48 households with two rooms, and 12 households with three rooms. Most households have an open hall, a dark toilet, a balcony, a wall kitchen (wall cabinet), a mop pool in the toilet, and a pipe gas, a vegetable washing pool, a bowl rack, etc. in the kitchen. The buried depth of the foundation is 2.5m, and the brick strip foundation is adopted. C20 reinforced concrete columns are set at the intersection of the cross, T-shaped and four corners. The upper joint bar 2 φ 16 is exposed to the ground 850mm through the reinforced concrete ring beam below ± 0.000, and the lower part is on the concrete column foot. 360 mm high reinforced concrete ring beam is set under ± 0.000 ground. On the ground of the first floor, 6cm thick cast-in-place concrete shall be made on the backfill soil and lime soil cushion of the room core, and the ground shall be plastered as soon as it is driven. Other floors shall be made in the prefabrication plant. There are 110 specifications of various hoisting components above ± 0.000, and a total of 1632 pieces are divided into seven categories (including smoke and air ducts), of which the outer wall panel (W) of the main component is a 28cm thick aerated concrete and reinforced concrete composite panel. There are 15 hoisting specifications, of which the heaviest plate is 4.15t, and the inner wall panel (N) is a 14cm thick C20 ordinary reinforced concrete panel. There are 31 hoisting specifications, and the heaviest plate is 4.5t; The floor (L) is a one-way prestressed 11cm thick solid reinforced concrete slab, with the maximum weight of 4.4t (one for each room without balcony, and two for rooms with balcony); The inner partition board (C) is a reinforced concrete board with 7cm thick structural reinforcement. Considering the need of structural seismic integrity, the connection between wallboard and wallboard, except that the upper embedded parts are welded by the reinforcement, and the lower splayed corner is welded by the reinforcement protruding from the upper and lower wallboards, concealed keys and embedded anchor rings are set in the vertical joints of the board. After the upper and lower reinforcement are welded through the grid, C20 pea gravel concrete is poured to connect the columns. After the rebar in the reserved groove at the bottom of the horizontal joint against the wall plate is lap welded, C20 pea gravel concrete is poured to form a key block to resist horizontal shear. In addition to the above structural requirements, the exterior wall panel also has the building function requirements such as waterproof and thermal insulation. Therefore, attention must be paid to the protection of edges and corners of waterproof grooves, platforms and other parts of the external wall panel side structure. The main characteristics of the construction of the project are: short construction period of the structure, less wet work on the decoration project site; There are many models of component hoisting; The welding workload is large, and there is a certain amount of cast-in-place concrete at the plate joints. These characteristics should be paid attention to in all links of construction.
