Construction Organization Design of Flood Retaining Gate and River Diversion Project of South to North Water Transfer Project
The xxxx project is located in xx Town, xx District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, on the south side of xxxx, and is arranged side by side with xxxx. It is a single project of xx cascade station of the first phase of the East Line of the South to North Water Transfer Project, with a design flow of 100m3/s, forming the third cascade of the South to North Water Transfer Project with xxxx and xxxx. The whole xxxx project includes: flood gate, downstream trash remover bridge, upstream flood gate, substation and management facilities. This bidding project is xxxx flood gate and part of the river diversion project. The flood retaining gate chamber is an open flat bottom plate structure, with 5 holes in total, each hole has a net width of 10.0m, the total net width of the gate hole is 50.0m, and the bottom plate is 20.0m long along the water flow direction. The hoist room is set on the working bridge, the control building and the access door garage are set on both sides of the gate chamber, and the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete ribbed plate girder road bridge is set on the gate chamber, with a net width of 7.00m. The first and second wing walls on the river side are buttress reinforced concrete wing walls, the third and fourth wing walls are masonry gravity retaining walls, the first and second wing walls on the second river side are single box empty box buttress reinforced concrete wing walls, the third wing wall is reinforced concrete buttress wall, the fourth wing wall is masonry gravity retaining wall, and the bank wall is double box empty box reinforced concrete structure. The plane steel gate is adopted, with a total of 5 gates, and 5 QPQ-2 * 250 winch hoists and a set of electrical equipment are configured accordingly. The upstream and downstream river diversion works of the flood gate include: the upstream river diversion is 255m away from the flood gate centerline, and the downstream river diversion is 50m away from the downstream of the trash cleaning machine bridge. The downstream approach is about 200m long, 50m wide at the bottom, and the slope is 1:3. The bottom width within 100m of the estuary of the approach is expanded from 50m to 260m. The length from upstream river diversion to flood gate is 315m, and the bottom width is 40m; The length of the river approach connecting the large flood gate and the second river is 485m, the bottom width is 70m, and the river slope is 1:3. Remove the original xx sluice crossing and xx diversion culvert. The original xx gate crossing has 10 holes, with a net width of 4.0m. The total width of the gate body is 46.96m, which is divided into four bottom plates. The baseplate, pier, breast wall, working bridge and temporary working bridge are all reinforced concrete structures, of which the pier is concrete precast block masonry (filled with reinforced concrete), and the upstream and downstream wing walls are masonry structures. The breast wall is fabricated with reinforced concrete precast slab. The highway bridge is of precast concrete arc arch structure. The gate is a plane steel gate and a double lifting point screw hoist. Xx diversion culvert is a three hole 5m reinforced concrete structure with plane steel gate. Project grade: according to the grading index and review opinions of the water conservancy and hydropower project, the engineering grade of the building at the west control line entrance is Grade III medium-sized, and the main building flood gate is designed as Grade III building; Secondary buildings are designed as Grade 4 buildings.
