This graduation design adopts the construction engineering data of Lushui Lake Diegu Mountain Villa with two floors above the ground, one floor underground and frame structure. The design completely reflects the preparation method and content of the bill of quantities valuation tender. The application of bill of quantities valuation, which is different from the traditional budget method, is the focus of this design. The preparation of this bid is mainly composed of four parts, namely qualification documents, quotation documents, technical documents and business documents, of which quotation documents and technical documents are the key points of this design. The quotation document is based on the latest Code for Valuation of Bill of Quantities of Construction Projects issued by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China, and applies the Unified Base Price Table of Hubei Province in 2003 to prepare the detailed and complete valuation table of the bill of quantities of divisional and sub divisional works, the valuation table of the list of measure items, the valuation table of the list of other items and the comprehensive unit price analysis table; The technical document is the construction organization design of the project, including the construction scheme, resource demand plan, quality assurance measures, progress assurance measures, winter and rainy season construction measures, safe and civilized construction measures, etc; The business documents mainly describe the performance of the bidder, engineering maintenance, performance bond guarantee and other issues. In the process of preparation, the author consulted the relevant professional technical data and prepared a complete and standardized bidding document, so that the graduation design has a certain degree of scientificity and practicality.
