As required by the Bid Inviter, the Project shall be uniformly laid with ductile iron pipes. The main pipeline shall use the original pipeline and be led into each branch line by installing tees. Ball valves shall be installed at appropriate locations, water meters shall be installed, and valve wells shall be built to facilitate maintenance. The terrain along the pipeline is relatively flat, the soil quality is general, and the groundwater level is high. At the same time, it needs to cross several rivers and culverts, and some sections need foundation treatment. In order to speed up the construction and ensure the quality of the project, the construction method of human-computer integration is adopted for the project. Mechanized construction is adopted along the line where the site and other conditions are available. Manual operation should be adopted in complex and narrow sections. Rush construction should be carried out at key traffic roads and places endangering other municipal facilities, and the construction should be resumed immediately after the completion of construction. Considering the normal water supply in the reservoir area during the construction period, all the newly laid pipelines should be in place, connected section by section, and then the old pipelines should be cut off.
