The new teaching building consists of the main teaching building (Zone I) with 1 floor underground and 10 floors above the ground, and the 4-floor ladder classroom (partial 6 floors) (Zone II). The total construction area is 17319.4m2, including 1346.42m2 of basement construction area and 4.5m of floor height, which are mainly equipment rooms and civil air defense rooms. The building area of the above ground part is 15973.08m2, and the plane size of Zone I is 70m × 16.4m. The first floor is 4.2m high, and the second to tenth floors are 3.6m high. Two elevators are set on the left side of the center of the main building. The plane size of Zone II is 24.6m × 39.7m, the height of the first and second floors is 5.4m, the third floor is 4.4m, and the fourth floor is 5.03m. The total height of the building is 42.9m. The exterior wall of the main building adopts advanced exterior wall paint, and white plastic aluminum plate and glass curtain wall are used locally. The interior walls shall be painted with emulsion paint except the toilet and boiled water room. The form of the ceiling of the toilet and the boiling room is cement mortar ceiling. The ceilings of the corridors, offices, meeting rooms, fire control rooms, computer classrooms, basements and lecture halls on the 9th to 10th floors are light steel T-shaped keel gypsum board suspended ceilings, and the rest are painted with emulsion paint. The floors of toilets and boiling rooms are paved with anti-skid tiles, corridors of 9~10 floors, offices, meeting rooms and lecture halls are paved with tiles, computer classrooms are paved with anti-static movable floors, fire control rooms are paved with cement floors, basements are paved with cement mortar floors, and the rest are terrazzo floors.
