Tunnel construction organization design scheme Project Specification
There is one tunnel (Tiesuoguan Tunnel) in the contract section, which is an integral double arch tunnel with a central wall. The total length of the tunnel is 257m, and the tunnel clearance (width × height) is 2 × 9.75 × 5m. The tunnel is located in a circular curve with a radius of R=3435.91m. The tunnel is argillaceous siltstone with sandy mudstone, and the surrounding rock is classified as Class II. The underground water of the tunnel mainly comes from atmospheric precipitation, and the recharge is controlled by the terrain, landform, lithology, structure and precipitation mode. The underground water supply condition in the tunnel area is poor and the underground water is poor. The water inflow of the tunnel is not large, but it is unevenly distributed. It is generally in the state of seepage and dripping. Water rich sections may be formed locally, such as fault fracture zones, fracture development zones, etc., which may be in the state of drenching or streaming. The tunnel is a Class II surrounding rock with poor geological conditions. The principle of "weak blasting, less disturbance, strong support, early closure and timely lining" is adopted in the construction, and the construction scheme is adjusted in time according to the monitoring results of surrounding rock to ensure construction safety and project quality.
