This project is a new project with a tight construction period and complicated preliminary preparations. It involves many types of work and units, including civil engineering, outdoor curtain wall, indoor decoration, fire sprinkler alarm system, electrical system, air conditioning system, water supply and drainage system, and intelligent system. Cross operation between various types of work and units is frequent. The project has high requirements for fine decoration process, management level and coordination ability of our company. It requires our project management department to make adequate construction preparation, coordinate and cooperate, plan carefully, make overall arrangements, strictly control and construct carefully to ensure that the construction tasks are completed according to the contract requirements.
