Prevention measures for common problems of construction quality and safety management

In order to strengthen the quality management of the projects under construction of the Division and gradually reduce and eliminate the common quality problems, the Project Supervision and Management Department summarizes the actual quality problems and common safety and civilization problems in the construction process in recent two years, analyzes the causes and preventive measures of the project quality and common safety and civilization problems. In the future construction process, strengthen the construction management, achieve excellence in the project, reflect the brand value of Greenland, and constantly improve the project site management level of the Division. This manual is divided into three parts according to civil engineering, electromechanical installation engineering, safety and civilized construction.
