Construction formwork engineering construction Technical disclosure
Template Configuration Template configuration principle: each type of template in each area is configured according to the maximum flow section. 1) Wall formwork Underground part: 15mm thick film covered multilayer wood formwork is used for basement wall, and 2 sections of formwork are configured Above ground part: 15mm thick laminated wood formwork is used for the standard layer wall, and 2 sections of formwork are configured 2) Slab formwork Underground part: configured as per single floor Above ground part: all underground formworks are used above ground, and will be added if insufficient. It is also necessary to add 3 floors, and four floors of floor formwork and support shall be used repeatedly. 3) Roof support Socket type early dismantling frame system shall be selected. The top plate shall be 15mm thick multilayer board, the main keel shall be 100 × 100 square timber, and the secondary keel shall be 50 × 100 timber keel. The distance between poles is 1200 × 1200mm, and the step distance is 1200mm. 4) Stair, door and window opening formwork Standard and non-standard stairs are supported by wood formwork and steel pipes. Steel angle formwork and wood formwork shall be used for door and window opening formwork. Selection and use precautions of isolating agent Check whether the formwork is cleaned in place. Any formwork that does not meet the requirements is not allowed to be used as the main release agent without authorization, and must be notified to the team leader for rectification. Release agent can be applied after verification. Check whether the quality of release agent is abnormal. If there is any abnormality, report it to the team leader and take measures. Unqualified release agent shall not be used. The release agent shall be brushed by a specially assigned person, and it shall be evenly brushed. No omission or flowing trace is allowed. Release agent shall be received when used, and the rest shall be returned to centralized storage to prevent waste and deterioration.
