In order to remove the oxide skin formed in the manufacturing process of boiler equipment, corrosion products, welding slag generated in the storage, transportation and installation process, and various attachments such as anti-corrosion agent coated on the equipment when leaving the factory; At the same time, remove the impurities that enter and remain in the equipment during manufacturing and installation, such as sand, soil, insulation materials, etc., to ensure the cleanness of the boiler water and steam system and the good quality of boiler water and steam during operation, and shorten the test run time. According to the standards required by the Guidelines for Chemical Cleaning of Boilers in Thermal Power Plants, the boiler shall be chemically cleaned before startup. The boiler is installed by Inner Mongolia XX Company. XX Co., Ltd. will carry out chemical cleaning in cooperation with XX Co., Ltd., and it is proposed to adopt the cleaning process of hydrochloric acid cleaning, citric acid rinsing, ammonia adjusted pH hydrazine passivation for chemical cleaning after negotiation.
