[Shenzhen] Construction organization of temporary power supply for five-star hotels( Luban Prize )
This document is the construction organization design (Luban Prize) of temporary power supply for five-star hotels in [Shenzhen], a total of 32 pages. The project is located in Shenzhen. The project covers an area of about 40004.40 square meters, and the buildings cover an area of 9867.17 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 1.3. The project consists of one 11 storey hotel (basement floor height 4.8m, first floor height 4.8m, second floor height 5m, third floor height 3.3m and above), four storey Chinese food and banquet (first floor height 5m, second floor height 4.7m, third floor height 4m and above), which are connected by the hotel lobby, one 5-storey staff dormitory (first floor height 3.5m, second floor height 3.3m and above), The SPA/KTV (the first floor is 4.7m high, and the second floor and above are 3.5m high) in the sixth floor of the first building. The total construction area is 64634.67 square meters, including 8239.15 square meters of basement. Structural form: the foundation is prestressed pipe pile foundation, and the upper part is frame structure. Electrical overview and main requirements: 1. See Project Construction Organization Design for project overview and other site conditions. 2. The total power of on-site construction power after compensation is 359KVA. A 400KVA step-down transformer is used to provide 400V/240V power supply. TN-S neutral protection system with neutral point directly grounded is adopted. 3. A total of 7 circuits of 2 sets of 4 × 400A distribution panels reserved in the distribution room are used to output power supply respectively. See the attached figure for details. 4. Tower cranes, elevators, concrete delivery pumps and other large equipment use overhead wires or buried cables to supply power from special electrical boxes. 5. The uncharged metal parts of all electrical equipment on the site shall be well connected with the protective zero line, and the grounding protection shall not be simply used. The protective zero line shall not be less than 1/2 of the phase line, and the green and yellow two-color lines must be used. 6. Repeated grounding shall be carried out at the reinforcement workshop, transfer pump, tower crane, construction elevator, mixer, woodworking workshop, secondary distribution box protection neutral terminal, switch box protection neutral terminal, etc. The grounding resistance is less than 10 Ω, and the existing natural grounding body can be used. 7. Single phase load shall be distributed to each phase line as far as possible, so as to make the current of each phase even and reduce the current of zero line. 8. Implement the principle of three-level distribution and two-level protection to ensure personal safety. 9. All types of electrical boxes are standard boxes.
