The basement is heated and the exterior wall of the basement is insulated with 60 thick extruded board. There are 4 fire compartments in the basement. Class A waterproof doors that are closed independently are used when the firewall is opened. Automatic sprinkler is set in the underground parking garage and the front room of the residence. Fire resistant roller shutter is set at the entrance and exit of the parking garage and the lane. The fire resistance limit of the fire resistant roller shutter is>3.0h. According to the use function of the basement, the waterproof grade is one. The basement roof is provided with a gas barrier and a polymer synthetic coiled material with thickness greater than 1.0.
