The average annual on grid energy is expected to be 104.445 million kW? h, The annual equivalent full load hours are 2110h, and the capacity coefficient is 0.2409. A new 110kV step-up substation will be built in the wind farm, and one 110kV outgoing line will be connected to Hongxing 220KV wind power collection station.
