The project is located in the Zhongkang District of Meilin, Futian District, Shenzhen, to the north of Meilin Road, to the west of Kaifeng Road, and to the east of Zhongkang Road. The land area is 18517.61m2, the total floor area is 8119.49m2, and the first phase covers 6619 49 m2, the construction area of Phase I is 92116 m2, and the scope of this implementation is Phase I. The project consists of two parts of buildings in the south and north areas, and four corridors across Linkang Road and Meifeng Road. The south area mainly has the functions of exhibition training, document service and administrative office, including a 6-storey office building and a 5-storey public service building, with the first floor underground. The north area is equipped with the functions of archives warehouse, technical room, archives query and utilization, including two 24 floor storerooms above the ground, the first floor underground, and the 2-4 floors of the north area in the south area are connected by two corridors across Linkang Road. The project includes: semi underground mezzanine in the south area, 1-6 floors above the ground indoor part and corridor, 1-4 floors above the ground indoor part and corridor in the north area, ground decoration layer, wall decoration layer, ceiling decoration layer, waterproof layer (drinking water area), service desk, anti-static floor, steel stairs, partitions, doors and windows, fixed furniture, railings, switch panels, socket panels, lamps Sanitary ware, etc. The cost of fine decoration works awarded this time is about 36 million yuan.
