Construction Scheme for Interior Decoration Works of Yanhuang Mansion
Beijing Yanhuang Mansion is a large 5A intelligent multi-functional office building invested and built by Yanhuang Mansion Development Co., Ltd. It is located in the north of Huizhong Road, to the south of Sunshine Plaza, to the west of Yanhuang Art Museum, and to the east of Huachen Mansion under construction. The project covers an area of 10050m2, with a building eaves height of 96.8m, and a total building area of 83866m2. The traffic is convenient. The ground is composed of three podiums and three towers A, B and C, of which Block A is 15 floors, Block B is 26 floors, Block C is 22 floors, and there are three basements (including box base), roof machine room and roof water tank room. The main body and masonry of the project have been completed, the external decoration project above the standard floor has entered the final stage, and the external decoration project of the podium building is in progress. The construction organization design is formulated for the internal decoration project of Yanhuang Building according to the site construction requirements. Beijing Yanhuang Mansion is an important project with high decoration grade and strict quality requirements.
