Slope greening construction of expressway project programme
The geomorphic types along the project are diverse. The XXXXxxx section is a Quaternary alluvial basin with small topographic relief. The ground elevation is generally 30-40 meters. There are many fields of water in the area, seasonal ponding, and developed surface water system; XXXX section also belongs to low hilly area, with large topographic relief and serious ground cutting. The ground elevation is generally between 35-95m, and the relative height difference is about 20-60m; In terms of soil, in the XXXXxxx section, the shallow metamorphic rock has strong schistosity, serious crushing and fragmentation, and the rock mylonization is developed. This mostly affects the stability of the bedding slope along the line, which is prone to adverse geological conditions such as landslide and collapse, and the slope spray seeding construction is difficult. In XXXX section, the surface of the valley basin is mostly paddy field, with ditches and ponds developed. The paddy field is generally covered with 0.5m soft cultivated soil, and the pond is covered with about 1m muddy soil. The surface layer of these sections is more suitable for plant growth. The low hilly land is covered with Quaternary Middle Pleistocene eluvial diluvium, which is a low liquid limit silt with reticulated structure, partially mixed with quartz crushed gravel. This section is mostly excavated. The soil and rock on the slope is mainly composed of hard soil, which is slightly acidic and has low organic content, which is adverse to plant growth. Soil improvement is required. The route is located in Gaogang District of Ganjiang River, belonging to Ganjiang River water system, and does not cross major rivers. The route belongs to subtropical monsoon climate, with mild humidity, sufficient sunshine, four distinct seasons and abundant rainfall. The annual precipitation is 1743.6 mm. The precipitation is concentrated in April July, and the frost free period is 265 days. The natural vegetation along the line is diverse, including Kujian, Paulownia, camphor tree, Duying, pomelo tree, crape myrtle, ginkgo, Michelia fargesii, Manglietia, rose, gardenia, ferns, Setaria viridis, honeysuckle, etc. The organic combination of natural vegetation and artificial landscaping is the purpose of this project to build a scenic tourist route of Nanchang West Outer Ring Road.
