Project overview The pipeline project is composed of sewage and rainwater pipes, which are D500, D600, D1200, D1500 and D1800 reinforced concrete circular pipes. The rainwater pipeline is located 9 meters north of the middle of XX Road and 5.5 meters south of the middle of the road, respectively connected to the rainwater box culvert. The sewage pipeline is located 19 meters south of the middle of XX Road and extended to the north of the original sewage pipeline, respectively connected to the existing sewage pipeline of XX Road. Grade II tongue and groove type shall be adopted when the diameter of rainwater pipe is greater than D1200mm, and Grade II differential type shall be adopted when the diameter of rainwater pipe is less than or equal to D1200. When the pipeline is in the clay layer and the pipe diameter is greater than D1200mm, the foundation adopts 120 ° concrete foundation. See 06MS201 for the cast-in-place concrete ring flexible interface. When the pipe diameter is less than or equal to D1200, the 120 ° concrete foundation is adopted. A deformation joint is set at the corresponding pipe flexible interface every 20-25m of the foundation. The sliding rubber ring flexible interface is adopted for the interface, see 06MS201-1-23. The sewage pipeline is located in the muddy soil layer. When the soil cover height is less than or equal to 4.5m, the sewage pipeline adopts Class II differential bearing pipe. When the soil cover height is less than or equal to 4.5m, the sewage pipeline adopts Class III differential bearing pipe. The interface adopts sliding rubber ring flexible interface. The foundation adopts 120 ° concrete foundation. A deformation joint is set at the corresponding flexible interface of the pipeline every 20-25m. For other road sections, 150 ° sandstone foundation is used when the soil cover is ≤ 3.5m, and 180 ° sandstone foundation is used when 3.5m < the soil cover height < 4.5m. Class II differential reinforced concrete circular pipe is used for the foundation, and the sliding rubber ring flexible interface is used for the interface. When 4.5m < the soil cover height < 7m, Class III differential reinforced concrete circular pipe interface is used for the 180 ° sandstone foundation, and the sliding rubber ring flexible interface is used for the interface.
