Transformer is one of the most widely used and most efficient equipment in electrical equipment. Generally, the efficiency of 10 (6) kv transformer is 98-99%. Although the efficiency of transformer is high, it is used as a power supply equipment and needs to be powered on for a long time. When the transformer capacity is not fully utilized, the operation efficiency is low. In addition, due to the three-phase imbalance of transformer, unreasonable load coefficient The power consumption is still considerable due to the long-term high position operation of the voltage tap changer. Although the power loss of transformer exists objectively, it cannot be said that such loss is necessary and impossible to reduce. As long as the transformer consumption reduction measures are appropriate and used reasonably, the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction can be achieved. Our company has three low-voltage distribution rooms and five transformers (four 630KVA and one 1000KVA). The distribution system has a large capacity and many transformers. Its long-term operation status is relatively unreasonable, and the loss accounts for 30-60% of the total loss of the distribution system. Due to this situation, we carried out corresponding theoretical analysis on the use of transformers in 2007, The transformation measures were put forward and applied in the use, maintenance and overhaul of transformers throughout the year, which played a certain role in the overall energy saving and efficiency increase of the company.
