Scope of work The turbine generators of # 1 and # 2 units of the project are designed as two coal-fired power generating units with an installed capacity of 600000 kilowatts, The foundation is symmetrically arranged within the range of axis 2~8 and axis 11~17 of the turbine room in the main power house. The buried depth of the foundation is FL-7.000m, and the top elevation of the operation layer is FL13.700m. 3. Project overview 3.1 The whole foundation is divided into two parts: bottom plate and superstructure. From FL-7.000m to FL-3.500m, the foundation slab is 48.000m long, 15.400m wide and 3.50m thick. The construction has been completed. 3.2 The upper structure of the base is from FL-3.50m to FL13.700m, which is supported by five I-V frame columns (each frame is composed of two columns with equal section), and the column section dimensions are 3080 × 2300, 2000 × 2300, 11430 × 1261, 2100 × 3500, 2800 × 3000 in turn; A interlayer is set in the middle of the base (the layer elevation is FL6.38m), and the FL13.700m layer is the operation layer. 3.3 The middle interlayer is composed of beams and slabs between I and II frame columns and between IV and V frame columns. The beam is 1.219m high and the slab is 0.80m thick. 3.4 The operation floor is the core part of the whole foundation. The local plane elevation is FL13.929 m, and the overall elevation is FL13.700 m. It is composed of frame columns, five beams and two longitudinal beams. The base is designed with reserved holes for installing condenser, turbine generator rotor and stator, sample frame for fixing anchor bolts, and 3 large buried pipes; There are 126 anchor bolts used to fix equipment from B1 to B10, of which 16 are embedded casing bolts for B1, B2 and B6, and 110 are directly embedded bolts; The four corners of the frame column shall be wrapped with GL100 (*) BZ angle steel from the elevation of ± 0.00m. 3.5 The template frame is fixed on ten steel columns, and the lower end of the steel column is welded and fixed with the embedded parts at the bottom of the 13.700m layer beam in the frame column. 3.6 The concrete grade is C30, and the concrete volume is about 2 × 2140m3; Non shrinkage high strength grouting material H-40 is used for secondary grouting. 3.7 According to the design requirements, 10 settlement observation points shall be set at the elevation of 0.500m~1.000m on the top surface of the foundation and the side of the foundation frame column, and 10 leveling observation points shall be set at the operation layer.
