3、 Brief Introduction to Main Construction Process and Technical Scheme According to the building (structure) characteristics and scale of the project and the construction period promised by our company, and combining our own strength, the main construction process and technical scheme are briefly described as follows: (I) The number of layers of the formwork project is not high. In order to ensure the project quality and construction period, bamboo plywood is used for the formwork of the project. Generally, shaped bamboo plywood is used for frame columns; All beam formworks are wood formworks, and the plate formworks are bamboo plywood, with 50 × 100 wooden braces as wood battens, and fastener steel pipe scaffolds as support frames. In order to prevent the formwork from leaking, the gaps will be sealed with foam strips or sealing tape. In order to ensure the flatness of the concrete surface of the floor slab and reduce the cost of secondary plastering, the formwork and the height difference of the joints whose flatness is greater than 2mm must be corrected. (2) Reinforcement works The reinforcement of this project is processed and fabricated on site. The rebar joints are manually bound and lapped, and the butt welding connection technology is used in the processing stage of coarse rebar. The control of reinforcement protective layer is also the key point of this project. It is proposed to use the plastic series profile cushion block newly developed by Shanghai Millennium Plastic Profile Co., Ltd. for control. (3) Commercial concrete is used on the site of concrete works. Because the roof height of the main structure is not high, 36m mobile truck pump is used to directly transport the concrete in place. The concrete pouring of each layer shall be completed at one time. In principle, no construction joints shall be left for facilities. In the vertical direction, columns, beams and slabs shall be completed at one time. (4) According to the project, four QTZ-60 or 80 tower cranes will be installed for vertical transportation equipment from the foundation stage to solve the vertical and horizontal transportation of formwork, reinforcement, scaffolding and other materials. At the decoration stage, it is proposed to use 12 derricks to meet the vertical and horizontal transportation of construction personnel, main body and decoration materials. (5) According to the requirements of the excavation depth of the foundation pit and the surrounding environment of the project, the basement foundation pit is temporarily designed to be sloped and excavated, with straw bags filled with soil to press the slope. This method has the characteristics of simple construction and low cost, which can ensure the safety of the basement construction of the project. After winning the bid, the foundation pit enclosure scheme will be designed together with the Owner, the Supervisor and the Design Institute according to the actual conditions of the site such as geological landform and hydrology.
