1. General Introduction Tangshan xx Building, a 12 storey steel structure building, 131m long by 18m wide, 47.49m high, with a total building area of 53529.88m2, 9813.47m2 underground and 43716.41m2 above ground, belongs to Class I high-rise building. 2. Introduction to Electrical Engineering The electrical installation works of this project include: 10/0.4KV power transformation and distribution system, 220/380V power and lighting distribution system, building lightning protection and grounding system. (1) Two 2000KVA energy-saving dry-type transformers are set in the power transformation and distribution room, with a voltage level of 10/0.4KV/0.23KV and a forced air cooling system. (2) Load classification: the fire fan, fire elevator, emergency lighting, fire fighting facilities, security monitoring, passenger elevator, variable frequency domestic water pump, sewage pump, etc. of the project are Class I loads; Other lighting and power loads are Class III loads. (3) In this project, radial power distribution is adopted for the load or important load with large capacity of a single unit, and the hybrid power distribution of trunk type and radial type is adopted for general equipment. (4) The project belongs to Class II civil lightning protection building. Lightning protection grounding, electrical security and weak current grounding share the same grounding body. The grounding resistance is required to be no more than 1 ohm. If the actual measurement does not meet the requirements, an artificial grounding body will be added; The lightning protection grounding device is required to meet the requirements of preventing direct lightning strike, lightning induction and lightning wave invasion, and the general equipotential connection is set; The roof lightning arrester uses Ф 10 hot-dip galvanized round steel as the grid 10 * 10m lightning strip; The downlead uses the steel structure column of the building as the downlead, and the downlead spacing is not more than 18 meters; The main reinforcement in the column of the building structure is used as the downlead for the underground part; The reinforcement mesh in the structural foundation is used as the grounding body, and the main reinforcements on the upper and lower layers of the foundation bottom plate are welded along the outer circle of the building to form a mesh grounding body; In order to prevent side lightning, it is required that steel members and concrete reinforcement shall be connected with each other, the top of vertically laid metal pipes and metal objects shall be connected with lightning protection devices, and railings and metal objects above 45 meters shall be connected with lightning protection devices; In addition, the lightning protection grounding system, electrical equipment shell and its grounding protection wire are equipotentially connected with conductive objects outside the device. 3. Features and difficulties of installation engineering (1) Features of installation engineering There are many construction disciplines in this project, and all disciplines are closely linked. Therefore, all parties are required to strengthen liaison, unified coordination and close cooperation, and the requirements for overall construction planning and organization management are particularly high. (2) Difficulties and difficulties in the installation project: 1. There are various distribution boxes, power boxes, control boxes, operation boxes, etc. in this project; Cable laying is complicated; Before installation, it is necessary to be familiar with the drawings carefully, implement the comprehensive system diagram, plan, etc., determine the specific locations of various boxes, and arrange the starting positions and routing directions of various cables in detail. Problems in the drawings should be timely communicated with Party A and the designer to solve them, so that the installation can be carried out smoothly during the installation process. The second difficulty is that when laying cables on the cable tray in the strong current shaft, since the cables are vertically stressed on the tray, the fixation and binding of cables on the tray is particularly important to ensure that the cables are free from tension. For this reason, it is required to bind every 1.5 m - 2 m.
