This quota is the national highway professional quota, the basis for the preparation of the construction drawing budget, and the basis for the preparation of the project budget quota (index). It is applicable to the new construction and reconstruction projects of highway capital construction, not to the components and parts produced by component factories that independently calculate and implement the ex factory price of products, and can be used as a reference for large and medium maintenance projects of highway maintenance. This quota includes nine chapters and appendixes for subgrade works, pavement works, tunnel works, bridge and culvert works, protection works, traffic works and facilities along the line, temporary works, material collection and processing, and material transportation.
