Installation, use and matters needing attention
This document is about the installation, use and precautions of self-priming pumps, including: content introduction First, check whether the bolts are loose, whether the power line and plug are in good condition, and the insulation resistance of the motor should be greater than 2 megohm. 2. In order to prevent electric shock accidents, leakage circuit breakers or electric shock protectors and other corresponding security measures must be installed and reliably grounded. 3 The operating voltage of the pump must be within the range of+5% and - 12% of the rated voltage, otherwise the service life of the motor will be shortened or burned out. If the electric pump is used far away from the power supply, the power supply transmission line should be properly thickened, otherwise the use voltage will drop and the pump cannot run. 4. Turn on the power switch and let the pump idle for about 2 minutes to check whether it starts, operates normally and turns correctly.
