This document is the construction organization design of the electrical engineering of the student apartment building. The total construction period is 330 calendar days. 1.1 The electrical engineering mainly includes high and low voltage transformation and distribution system pipeline embedding, power distribution system pipeline embedding, lighting system, lightning protection and grounding system, weak current system pipeline embedding. 1.2 The vertical power supply and distribution of the building is located in the electrical shaft. The lighting distribution trunk line, air conditioning and test distribution trunk line are vertically led up in the shaft with dense plug-in buses, and then led from the plug-in switch box on each floor to the distribution box on each floor. The lighting and socket copper core plastic wires distributed from the lighting distribution box on each floor are laid along the circuit by cable bridge, and after leaving the bridge, they are buried in the wall through PVC pipes. 1.3 Lightning protection and grounding system: the project is set as a Class II lightning protection building. The lightning protection facilities use at least two main reinforcements in the marked column as downlead, full-length welding, connecting the reinforcement mesh and pile foundation in the structural cushion cap, and using the building foundation reinforcement as the natural grounding body. The grounding resistance is required to be less than 1 ohm The roof parapet uses ø 12 hot-dip galvanized round steel as the lightning strip and is laid on the parapet and roof framework. 1m ø 14 hot-dip galvanized steel bars are reserved at 0.8m below the outdoor floor of the designated downlead of the external wall as the artificial grounding electrode Lightning protection grounding, electrical safety grounding and other equipment that need grounding share the same grounding device. The project does the general equipotential bonding. An equipotential bonding panel is installed in the distribution room to connect all metal bodies and metal components entering and exiting the building, such as the water main, with the general equipotential bonding panel. 1.4 Lighting power system Fluorescent lamps are used as the main lighting source for the lighting of this project. All emergency lighting and front rooms, walkways, staircases, electrical shafts, etc. are powered by emergency lighting power supply Ordinary power and lighting equipment are distributed by ordinary wires/cables The emergency lighting branch shall pass through a fire forced start line with the same section. In case of fire, the emergency light can be forced to turn on whether the light switch is closed or not. 1.5 Other electrical pipelines shall be embedded according to the design drawings and specifications.
